The Connecticut Audubon Society brings together talented artists who specialize in birds and/or the beauty of nature (landscapes, birds and bird habitats) during its fourth annual Birds and Their Habitat juried artists’ exhibition and sale. Gifted artists working in a variety of media have been selected to display and sell their works by a jury of specialists to ensure quality and professionalism. Media includes: painting, photography, pottery, printmaking, and wood carving. Also featured is Connecticut Audubon Society 2014 “Artist of the Year” Katie Lee, renowned botanical and wildlife artist and instructor recognized for her drawing accuracy and detailed painting techniques.
