Attention all scouts, you won’t want to miss this great opportunity to earn a badge or two! Join Connecticut Audubon Society teacher-naturalists as they lead scouts on a hike through the beautiful Larsen Sanctuary all while satisfying badge requirements, journeys, and achievements!
The badges Connecticut Audubon Society will address each day are:
For Boys:
Cub Scouts: Tiger (Let’s Go Outdoors), Bear (Sharing Your World with Wildlife), and Webelos (Naturalists)
Boy Scouts: Bird Study
For Girls:
Brownie Bugs and Brownie Hiker.
Junior Animal Habitats
These programs tie into Girl Scouts taking their Journeys through, “It’s Your Planet, Love It!” and/or “It’s Your Story, Tell It!”
