Healing Through Nature: Mindful Movement

Learn to connect with your essential nature through the art of deep listening. Based on the practices of yoga and Qigong, intuitive movement, breath work and guided meditation will be used to strengthen your inner listening tools as you immerse yourself in the pristine outdoor environment of the Larsen Sanctuary.
Instructors Beth Furman and Julie Moffat will lead these collaborative explorations towards healing the body, relating to your essential nature through outdoor practices and strengthening our shared humanity.
Registration closes at 5 p.m. the day before each class. Pre-registration is required. Once registered, participants will need to complete a waiver, and will be required to practice social distancing and wear masks. Please dress in layers and keep in mind that if the temperature drops, gloves and a hat might be needed. In case of adverse weather or less than eight registrants, the class will be cancelled.
