With its 155 acres and variety of habitats, the Larsen Wildlife Sanctuary is a treasure-trove of springtime growth. Join botanist Jim Cortina to explore and identify spring wildflowers and other plants in the Sanctuary’s fields, woods and marshy areas. The delicate blossoms of wild geraniums, the fascinating growth habit of jack-in-the-pulpits and the dramatic reds of trilliums may be some of the marvels encountered along the way.
