Tuesday, February 7
9:30 – 11 a.m.

Winter is a great time to get to know the birds who spend the cold months in our area. Join Connecticut Audubon Educator/Naturalist Dave Havens on the Larsen Sanctuary trails looking and listening for signs of raptors, sparrows, finches and other seasonal residents. Learn how they survive such challenging conditions and find out the best time of day to view these cold-tolerant species.

Members $15, Non-members $20. Pre-registration required. Register here.

This walk is geared for adults; all levels of birders welcome. Binoculars are recommended. Once registered, participants will need to complete a waiver. This program will take place at the Center at Fairfield, 2325 Burr Street, Fairfield, CT.
