This exhibition is of written and visual works inspired by summer 2023 residencies at Trail Wood in Hampton. Featured artists and writers are Ginny Lowe Connors, Alison Granucci, Jennifer Iwasyk, Ashely Maker, and Diane Nizlek. Their works will be on display through March 2. Free admission.

While many are dormant in winter, there are still plenty of bird species to see out and about during the colder months, including some of our most charismatic species. We'll bundle up and search for these hardy birds at some of the best birding spots in southern Connecticut.

Inspired by a book of American poetry in Edwin Way Teale's library, which he hand-labeled Snow Bound, we will stop by a few locations for readings. Weather and trail conditions permitting.
