Our sanctuaries are open daily year-round, dawn to dusk.

Size
37 acres.

Features
This neighborhood preserve encompasses an oak-maple forest and wetlands, with a trail along a ridge.

Birds
Typical woodland species such as Red-eyed Vireo, Veery, and Scarlet Tanager, along with Red-tailed Hawk. This woodland also attracts a variety of songbirds during migration.

Other wildlife
White-tailed deer, coyote, red fox.

Facilities
A small parking area.

 

 

 

Our sanctuaries are open daily year-round, dawn to dusk. 

The following are not permitted:
  • Dumping or littering
  • Fishing, hunting, trapping or collecting
  • Camping or fires
  • Biking or other vehicles
  • Dogs
  • Drones
  • Alcohol
  • Commercial uses, vending, and events without a permit
