Walking Wednesday

   1.5 – 2.5 mile flat loop

  Join Deirdra Wallin, program coordinator at Deer Pond Farm in Sherman and master naturalist, for our first Walking Wednesday for fresh spring    air, exercise, good company and naturalist lessons along the way! We’ll enjoy easy walking trails as we listen and watch for our resident birds: White-  breasted Nuthatch, Red-tailed Hawks and Red-bellied Woodpeckers as well as our early migrators: Scarlet Tanagers, Rose-breasted grosbeaks, and American Redstarts.

 Dress for the weather. Inclement weather cancels. Bring binoculars, camera and a sense of adventure.
