CT Trails Day at The Coastal Center

Sunday, June 2
1 – 2:30 p.m.

Join us for a bird and nature walk along the salt marsh, beach, and wooded habitats of Milford Point. View the Osprey nesting platform in the salt marsh, search for Piping Plovers and other shorebirds along the beach, stop at the Pollinator Garden and bird feeding stations. Beginning birders welcome. Discover the birds and their habitats.  Binoculars, sturdy shoes, hat, water bottle, and sunblock recommended

Did you know that Connecticut Trails Day is the largest Trails Day Celebration in the country? Trails Day is organized by The Connecticut Forest & Park Association and the Coastal Center is pleased to join the Trails Day fun by hosting this event.
