Who’s There Owl Walk & Talk

Join the Connecticut Audubon Society’s Senior Director of Science and Conservation Miley Bull and local owl enthusiast Don Breeger for a full moon owl walk and talk at Deer Pond Farm! We’ll learn about our local owls: the Eastern Screech, the Great Horned, the Barred and the Northern Saw-Whet. Topics will include identification via sight and sound, habitat, food and nesting.

Dress for the weather. Think head, hands and feet. Wool hats, gloves and socks are a really good choice for outdoor fun.Inclement weather cancels. Bring a flashlight, walking stick, binoculars, camera and a sense of adventure.
