Boston Hollow Bird Walk

Andy will guide you on one of the interior trails of this 7,000-acre forest. The hike will be approximately two miles. This is a new event, so we don’t know exactly which birds we’ll see. Registration required. Call 860-928-4948 or email arzeznikiewicz@ctaudubon.org.  Fee:  $20 CAS members; $30 non-members.

Nipmuck State Forest Bird Walk

Join Andy on this forest hike, which has not been offered for several years. In the past, we found nesting Magnolia Warbler, Yellow-rumped Warbler, and Sora. StoryWalk Dedication and Reception

Nature Sketchbook Journaling

Roxanne Steed will teach the practice of the "10-minute sketch-walk." You will learn various aspects of keeping a nature journal, including how to finish its pages with paint and detail. Items to bring:  a watercolor sketchbook, permanent markers, a portable watercolor kit, a small cup to hold water, and paper towels. Call 860-928-4948 to register. Whip-poor-will Watch at Robbins Preserve
