The Bhutan extension features a country covering an area roughly the size of Switzerland, offering opportunities for peace and solitude in a striking mountain setting. Lying in the eastern Himalayas, Bhutan is almost completely mountainous, with altitudes varying from 492 feet to 24,600 feet within a distance of less than 62 miles.
