Geoff Bolte, owner of Clarus Studios, is a wonderful all around photographer. He will be offering an 8-week series on nature photography, sharing his skills and techniques under a variety of day time and night time conditions. Plenty of outside shooting depending on weather.

Night Sky Photography –sunsets/meteor showers
Fast Shutter Photography – bubbles & hummers/birds

Editing Basics – lightroom/photoshop
Free Range – snap what you like

The RTPEC is teaming up with Westbrook Senior Center for a session of Birding Basics. Beginning with a binocular tutorial and shorebird slideshow, seniors will walk to the Patchogue River behind the senior center to watch Ospreys, Great Egrets and Willets.
