Spring is busting out all over on Deer Pond Farm trails! Join Karen Cowperthwaite, landscape architect, to explore the woodland and wetland trails of Deer Pond Farm in Sherman. We’ll marvel at jack-in-the-pulpit and be charmed by delicate wild geranium and violets. We’ll look for bloodroot and baneberry, columbine and mayflowers, trillium and blue cohosh as well as those wetland beauties false hellebore, may apple, and golden alexanders. Enjoy these spring bloomers in their natural habitats and learn about their benefits for pollinators and birds.
