Monthly Bird Walks

Tuesdays, December 21, January 11, and February 15; 1:00 p.m.

Sanctuary manager Andy Rzeznikiewicz will lead the group to various locations in search of winter residents, such as winter finches, roosting saw-whet owls, horned larks, ducks, and raptors. Note the early afternoon time, when birds tend to be more active during the colder months. Bring binoculars and a spotting scope, if you have one. Meet at the Center. Fee: $5.00 members, $10.00 nonmembers.
