Say Hello at the Nayaug Canoe and Kayak Races Saturday, October 18

Visit our Connecticut Audubon Society table at the Nayaug Canoe and Kayak Races!

The 26th Annual Nayaug Canoe & Kayak Race on the Connecticut River will be held on Saturday, October 18, at the end of Pease Lane, off Tryon Street, in South Glastonbury.  Festivities begin at 9 a.m., with the five- and eight-mile “Pro Races” starting at 11, and the one-mile “Fun Race” starting at 12:30.

There will be a brief awards ceremony, following the races. Race registration fees are $20.00 per paddler for adults, and $10.00 per paddler age 12 and under.  Parking and admission for spectators are free.  www.nayaugcanoerace.org
