Bird Walk with Stefan Martin

Indigo Bunting by Michael Audette
Stefan Martin, our land steward will lead this guided bird walk with a focus on different habitats that support specific breeding birds. Stefan will explain how to identify what is seen and heard and what species to expect in the different habitats. A list will be kept of what is seen and heard and submitted to the Connecticut Bird Atlas, a project we are a partner of and at Deer Pond Farm have adopted a block to collect data. Join us for this great citizen science opportunity.
This walk will include Stefan and ten pre-registered and pre-paid attendees. Member fee: $10 per person. Non-member fee: $15 per person.
