Animal Care Program

This program provides a unique opportunity for teenagers, ages 13-18 years old, to assist with daily feeding, cleaning and general animal care housekeeping, as well as the handling of our animals under direct supervision. Our live animal residents include permanently injured or otherwise human-dependent reptiles, birds and mammals.

Hours during the school year are Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3 to 5 p.m., and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to noon. This program is a weekly commitment.
