The Connecticut Audubon Society held its 2020 Annual Meeting, on Thursday, October 15. Two new members of the Board of Directors were elected, Harshad Kuntey and John Tower.
Harshad Kuntey comes to us from our Glastonbury regional board. He is a diversified engineering professional at Pratt & Whitney with a keen interest in volunteering and environmental causes. While serving on the Glastonbury board he helped to update Connecticut Audubon website and collaborated with newspaper editors to ensure publicity for events. He also participated in planning activities and events. Harshad is particularly enthusiastic about trying to attract younger people to the organization.
