Gather inside for a short information session about Project Limulus and discover what they have learned about horseshoe crabs in Long Island Sound. Then head to the beach in search of these amazing creatures.
Presented by Project Limulus researchers from Sacred Heart University.
Participants should wear shoes or boots that can get wet and sandy. Pre-registration required. $5 members; $10 non-members.

Join Miley Bull, senior director of science and conservation for The Connecticut Audubon Society for early morning bird walks at Deer Pond Farm in Sherman, CT. With over 835 acres, offering diverse habitats, supporting over 100 species of birds, we’ll be looking and listening for a wide variety of birds, while collecting data for The Connecticut Bird Atlas project. All levels of birders are welcome.
