Monday, May 16, 8am. We will explore two Wyndham Land Trust preserves in Woodstock, Connecticut. One is located in a floodplain swamp bisected by a boardwalk and the other recently acquired preserve is forested with an open water swamp. Fee: $7 members, $12 nonmembers.
Thurs. July 14, 8 a.m. Join Andy Rzeznikiewicz as he finds various nesting birds at our Hampton sanctuary. Hooded warblers, chestnut-sided warblers, indigo buntings, and blue-winged warblers should be found along with newly fledged young birds. Cost: $5 members/$10 nonmembers.
